Tuesday Morning 2/26
The storm we talked about yesterday is on track. We'll see periods of light rain Today....the temps will stay on the cool side, but not cold enough for snow during the day. The center of the storm will pass through Northern MD or Southern PA this Evening. As it passes, it will shift the winds to the North and start to drag in some colder air. The rain might mix in briefly with snow before it ends. On Wednesday, the upper level trof axis will move through with a few nice vorticity maximums embedded in the flow. There could be enough lift to create a few snow showers as it passes. It will be a windy day as well...gusts over 30 MPH. In addition, the high temps will struggle to get out of the 30s.
