  I just don't get it
Barry Bonds is a piece of warm garbage. He's the best baseball player I have ever seen but he's a piece of warm garbage. There may never be a 5 tool player, this good again. Barry could run, throw, hit for average and power and he might have the best hitter's eye ever. All of that said, he is a piece of warm garbage.

Now when the indictment came down and they said Barry could get 30 years, I thought to myself, I can't wait to see all the allegations. They obviously must of had people who were hurt and lost money because Barry Bonds lied to the Grand Jury. Obviously, people's lives were changed and somebody suffered because of Barry. The only person that suffered was Barry's trainer Greg Anderson, and that was his choice.

Even though Bonds is a piece of warm garbage, he doesn't deserve 30 years for, liar liar pants on fire. They did a 4 year investigation and used up tax payer money and guess what, they came away with nothing. So they went back to day one and indicted him on what they initially thought. They felt Barry lied to them from the get go. This whole thing has turned into a joke. I can't believe the goverment did a 4-year investigation, ON BASEBALL. So Barry lied, we all knew he lied. That did not need to be investigated. Breaking a baseball record is not a crime. You know what was a crime, Mark McGwire all hopped up on steroids and breaking Roger Maris' home run record and then going over and hugging the family, when he knew he cheated. That's a crime. Investigate that.

Barry Bonds is and will always be a piece of warm garbage but he doesn't deserve 30 years. Not for liar liar pants on fire. They have to give me something more or this will be a collassal waste of time and money. If they want to clean up baseball, start with the game, not the individual. Right now, I am pissed because I really don't know how to feel. This indictment has me rootinmg for Barry Bonds. It has me rooting for a piece of warm garbage.
