STATter 911 has learned that criminal and internal investigations are underway into a teenager who wanted to join Riverdale being set on fire. He suffered a minor burn after an alcohol-based foam was sprayed and ignited. Some sources describe the incident as horseplay. Others say it was hazing. I'll have more later.
