It Wasn't Lonely at the Top, Just Hot and Scary. No One Hurt After Power Failure Traps 200 at Gateway Arch.
For a while Saturday night a visit to Gateway Arch in St. Louis was a one-way trip. Tourists found themselves stuck 630 feet up for as long as 3 hours because of a power failure. Then there was a second power failure on Sunday. Here are links to the coverage of the incident:
