Canine Death in the Family

I know you’ve heard me, and in recent weeks, you’ve heard Kim Martucci talk about my three dogs. Sadly my dog, Thumper - the Jumper, was the victim of a hit & run last night. We still can’t believe how it happened in a flash.

Thumper was a Shih Tzu and nearly 12-years-old. But he had a twinkle in his eye, the energy, playfulness and speed of the puppy he was at heart.

My husband is really the dog person in our family. That’s why we had three. But Thumper marked me, dog owners know what that means, that first day when we brought him home. I was his and he was my precious little Thumper.

I’m glad that thru Kim’s blog, you had the chance to meet my little red dog.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family! I know that pets are just like one of the family. I have been there!

I have always loved watching you and I think you are a fabulous role model for our young women!!

    Thanks for all you do!
    Peace,
    Audrey

First of all my heart and prayers are with you and your family . Loosing a "Child" is so hard , but to have someone carelessly take them from you is harder.

God Bless you, and your family. Our pets are our furry babies, and our companions. My heart hurts with all of you. God's Peace, Evelyne
