Counties, schools recover after snow

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Counties in Maryland and Virginia are cleaning up after heavy snow hit the area on Monday and Tuesday.

Frederick County was one of the hardest hit area, but as Scott Broom reports, it wasn't a knock out blow.

In Montgomery County, schools are racing to reopen tomorrow. As Debra Alfarone reports, MCPS will decide at 4:30 a.m.
