LANDOVER, Md. (WUSA9) -- A person killed in Prince George's County on Sunday was identified by police.
David Janard Jenkins, 27, of Landover was found stabbed to death at around 6:30 p.m. at the 300 block of Meadow Way in Landover, police said.
Police have arrested two suspects in the murder of David Janard Jenkins. Brothers, 21-year-old Rayshad Raderrick Stuart and 23-year-old Antjuan Jamala Stuart have been arrested in connection to the murder, police said. They are both charged with first and second degree murder.
"The preliminary investigation reveals the victim and a second male had been involved in an altercation with a group of people at a gas station near Brightseat Road and Central Avenue in Capitol Heights. During the altercation, the two victims were stabbed. The two victims then got into a car and drove to Meadow Way, where one victim died of his injuries. The second victim's injuries are not considered life-threatening," police said in a news release on Monday.
