MANASSAS, Va. (WUSA9) -- Manassas City Police say a man was discovered in an apartment by maintenance staff and fled before ultimately being arrested for unlowful entry.
According to police, at approximately 3:15 p.m. Friday officers responded to the 9500 block of Tapok Dr for a report of breaking and entering. According to the report, a property management staff member was entering a vacant unit to perform maintenance work when he spotted a man who appeared as if he had just showered there.
Police add that the man was in the process of using the dryer inside the unit when he was found. He then ran away.
Police say they later found the suspect in the 8300 block of Quarry Rd.
Thirty-three-year-old Jadrien Teauran Wallace was arrested for unlawful entry. Police say his bond was set at $2,500 and he has a court date of December 7.
