WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA9)--- Former White House chef John Moeller came to our studios and prepared some presidential recipes that you can also find his new book Dining at the White House: From the President's Table to Yours.
John Moeller made his favorite dish: Osso Buco of Salmon & Diver Scallops. He actually served this same dish to the prime minister of Italy in 1999.
The talented chef is having his official book signing at the Decatur House on Thursday, November 14th.
The noon newscast enjoyed listening to Chef John Moeller's journey of cooking in the White House. He has cooked for both presidential parties. President Bill Clinton was a fast food junkie and President George W. Bush absolutely loved Tex Mex.
