KENSINGTON, Md. (WUSA9) -- Police are searching for a missing 28-year-old woman from the Kensington area.
Hannah Emily Upp was last seen wearing a black shirt and brown pants around 7:45 a.m. on Tuesday near Kemp Mill Road and Glenallan Avenue. Police and family members are concerned because of her mental well being. She required medical care when she was located last time, police said.
This is the second time Upp has gone missing. Montgomery County Police say she also went missing for three weeks in New York in 2009. Authorities rescued her when she was found floating face down in the Hudson River.
Police describe her as a white female, around 5'7 tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, police said.
