TEMPLE HILLS, Md. (WUSA9) -- Prince George's County police say a man got away with money after implying he had a weapon at a bank on Thursday morning.

A police official tells us that an "older black male" dressed in a green baseball hat, tan t-shirt and black sweat pants with a green bag walked into a bank  in the 44600 block of Old Branch Avenue in Temple Hills at approximately 11:15 a.m. He walked up to the teller, implied that he had a weapon and demanded funds, say the official.

The teller gave him the money and he fled the bank, according to the official. The official tells us the man fled northbound on Branch Avenue toward D.C. in a gold early model Camry. He may have had a female passenger in the vehicle.
