LAUREL, Md. (WUSA9) -- Anne Arundel County police say they have charged two men with a home invasion robbery that occurred last week in Laurel.
Last Thursday night, a 60-year-old woman reported to police that she heard a noise at the front door of her home on North Gail Street. Police say she told them she opened the door and two males pushed their way inside, knocking her to the floor. The males had a weapon and ransacked the home before taking property and fleeing the area, according to police.
On Friday, a search and seizure warrant was executed at a location in the 200 block of Spring Gap South in Laurel. Detectives then identified a suspect vehicle used during the home invasion, and that lead to the Spring Gap South home, according to police. Police say detectives found property belonging to the victims.
Police tell us two 19-year-olds, Daniel Raymond Adams and Deshawn Pugh of Laurel, were arrested and charged with home invasion, say police.
