(Sheboygan Press) -- Three Sheboygan residents involved in a sexual threesome were charged last week for a combination of drug offenses and battery after one of them allegedly went after the other two with a chainsaw.

Gerald R. Andrews, 44, 3723 Saemann Ave., faces more than 6½ years in prison on felony counts of manufacture/deliver marijuana, and maintaining a drug trafficking place, and misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana, battery, criminal damage to property and possession of drug paraphernalia.

His wife, Jessica L. Andrews, 46, 3723 Saemann Ave., faces more than two years in prison on a felony charge of maintaining a drug trafficking place and misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher R. Netzer, 31, 2621 Riverdale Ave., faces more than 4½ years in prison on felony counts of manufacture/deliver marijuana and possession of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

According to the criminal complaint:

Sheboygan Police officers were called to the Andrews' home about 10:30 p.m. on Aug. 21 on a report of a man wielding a chainsaw and acting crazy. At the house, officers saw Gerald Andrews had a gash in the center of his forehead, his arms were covered with blood and there was glass and blood on the floor.

He told authorities he caught his wife with her "boyfriend," Netzer, and attacked him.

Jessica Andrews told police that the three of them had been involved in a sexual threesome for quite some time. She said she asked Netzer to come back to the house after seeing him and her husband fighting, and then she and Netzer barricaded themselves inside a bedroom when Gerald Andrews got angry.

She heard him start up a chainsaw, and Netzer escaped out a bathroom window.

One officer, while checking the basement to make sure no one else was hiding, found an elaborate grow-room in the basement set up with lights, filters and 16 marijuana plants that were 5 feet tall.

Jessica Andrews told officers she had nothing to do with the marijuana operation.
