3 arrested at gas station on drug charges

FREDERICK, Md. (WUSA9) -- Calvert County Sheriff's Office authorities say three people were arrested at the gas pumps of a WaWa in Prince Frederick last week.

According to authorities, at 3:00 p.m. last Tuesday a deputy resceived a call for a suspicious vehicle. The deputy found suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle, say authorities and arrested two men and a woman.

Forty-six-year-old Marvin R. Chase and 33-year-old Sherry A. Chase, both of Lexington Park, were charged with possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia; a section of a straw, possession of Suboxone, possession of Heroin and possession of Heroin in sufficient quantity to indicate an intent to distribute, say authorities. Authorities say Chase was also charged with possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia; a needle.

The deputy also arrested Christopher Max Gonzalez, 32, of Prince Frederick, say authorities. He was charged with attempt to possess Heroin, conspiracy to possess Heroin and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia; a section of a straw.
