WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- DC Police say they have arrested a second suspect wanted in the strangulation and stabbing death of 56-year-old Leroy Studevant.
D.C. police said Leroy Studevant was discovered unconscious about 8 a.m. on December 31, 2011 in the 4200 block of Hunt Place. Police have ruled Studevant's death a homicide, and said the cause was strangulation associated with piercing blunt force trauma.
On May 2012, police arrested an adult male and charged him with murder two while armed in the death of Studevant.
On Tuesday, police arrested 28 year-old Mark Anthony Coats, of Northeast, D.C., and charged him with first degree murder while armed, police said.
