ARLINGTON, Va. (WUSA9) -- Three people were arrested after a man was stabbed in front of an Arlington apartment building on Friday.
Arlington police officials say a verbal argument between the four led to the victim being assaulted by three men and stabbed in the torso.
The stabbing took place in the 4200 block of N. 2nd Road. at 6:59 a.m. on Friday
Police say 37-year-old Dwayne Thornton of Arlington, 43-year-old Preston Clayton of Arlington and 25-year-old Rahniq Aguilar of Hyattsville, Md. were charged with malicious wounding.
According to police, they were being held without bond.
