Jermaine Livingston Arrested In Fatal Shooting Of Antwain Henderson

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- DC Police say they have arrested a second suspect in the 2011 fatal shooting of Antwain Henderson.

Police issued an arrest warrant for 41-year-old Jermaine Livingston on Tuesday and charged him with second degree murder in the shooting death of Henderson. 

On the morning of August 31, 2011 Prince George's County Fire Department responded to the 800 block of Balsamtree Place, Capitol Heights, Md. for a vehicle fire. When the fire was extinguished, a body was discovered inside the vehicle later identified as Henderson. 

After further investigation, detectives later determined that the murder may have happened in DC.  

On June 14, 2012, the first suspect, 37-year-old Sean Donnelle Hawkins of Waldorf, Md, was arrested and charged with second degree Murder.
