WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- It took almost 50 firefighters to extinguish a townhouse on fire in Largo, Md.
Public Safety Communication received calls in regards to a report of a townhouse on fire on Friday at about 2:30 p.m. The townhouse is a 2-story, end of the row townhouse located at at 544 Harry S. Truman Drive, officials said.
The fire which appears to have started on the second floor master bedroom, is still under investigation but it does not appear to be suspicious. The fire loss is estimated at $150,000. No injuries were reported but an adult female and her dog will be displaced and are being assisted by the Citizen Services Unit and the American Red Cross, officials said.
