RESTON, Va. (WUSA) -- Fairfax County Police say a 5-year-old boy is missing, and is believed to be with his mother, who was supposed to return him to his father on Sunday.
Police say they are worried about 5-year-old Cameron Serafin's welfare. According to their investigation, his mother Rebecca Serafin altered Cameron's and her own appearance to try to avoid being found. They also say Serafin's car and other items were discovered.
There is a warrant issued for the arrest of 32-year-old Rebecca Serafin, also known as Rebecca Love, charging her with custodial interference.
Police describe Rebecca Serafin as approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and between 120 and 130 pounds.
They say Cameron Serafin might also be using the last name Love. He is 3 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 40 pounds.
