Detroit, MI (Sports Network) - Cornerback Chris Houston has agreed to a five-
year contract to stay with the Lions, the Detroit Free Press reported
Wednesday.
Houston, 28, started all 14 games in which he played last season, his third
with the Lions, and finished with 56 tackles, two interceptions and two forced
fumbles.
Acquired in a trade with Atlanta three years ago, the Arkansas product has
registered 332 tackles and 11 interceptions in 87 career games.
Houston was drafted by the Falcons in the second round of the 2007 NFL Draft.
