WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- The Chief Executive Officer's for American Airlines and US Airways are coming together this morning to announce the latest round in a series of mega airline mergers.
The US Airways brand will no longer be around says Thomas Horton, President and CEO of American Airlines in an interview with CBS This Morning. However, this $11 billion merger will pave the way for the nation's largest airline.
Susan Mcginnis reports, the Valentine's Day coupling won't necessarily be a sweetheart deal for consumers.
