SPRINGFIELD, Va. (WUSA) -- Detectives have released a new composite sketch of the infamous "Springfield Groper" who presumably assaulted his 18th alleged victim on Wednesday.
Officials report that the suspect approached the victim from behind, grabbed her rear end and fled.
Officials are describing the victim as a white or possibly Hispanic man, weighing about 180 pounds and ranging from 5 feet 6 to 5 feet 8 inches in height. The suspect was a wearing a gray T-shirt with blue sleeves, dark sweatpants, white sneakers and a cloth partially covering his face.
The suspect has acne or shaving bumps on his facial cheeks, which is consistent with previous descriptions given by victims of past assaults, according to officials.
Detectives are currently investigating the matter.
