WASHINGTON (WUSA) --As we continue National Meat Week, Carnivore BBQ was in studio on Thursday preparing their signature smoked beef briskit dish, which takes anywhere from 16-22 hours from start to finish to make.

Carnivore BBQ has three food trucks roaming the streets in D.C. and offers pulled pork, loaded beans, and chicken in addition to briskit on a bakery roll with its delicious homemade sauces.
