UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (WUSA) -- The Prince George's County Sheriff's department arrested Andre Miller on Wednesday on an arrest warrant for first degree assault, officials said.
Miller was wanted for threatening to kill his wife and attempting to stab her with a knife after a verbal argument on Dec. 22., police said.
Officers investigated the case and determined that the victim was at 'high risk' for further domestic violence, that's when police obtained an arrest warrant, police said.
Miller was located at the 6900 block of Forest Terr. in Landover, Md. where he was arrested. He was charged with first and second degree assault.
