GAITHERSBURG, Md. (WUSA) -- A worker stuck on a cell phone tower in the 16800 block of Oakmont Avenue in Gaithersburg on Wednesday afternoon was rescued, say Montgomery County Fire officials.
Sky 9 was there to capture video of the worker being rescued from the tower.
A crew member went up the tower and lowered he and the worker slowly down on a rope.
Montgomery County Fire officials say that the worker became hypothermic and a "co-worker" climbed up to rescue him.
