LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. (WUSA) - A Maryland woman died early Thursday from injuries she sustained in a two vehicle crash on Christmas Day, according to Loudoun County police.
Annalee S. Marshall, 20, of Adamstown, Md. died after being airlifted to Inova Fairfax Hospital for injuries suffered when her car ran off the road and overcorrected, then crossed into southbound lanes of Rte 15, at about 12:43 p.m. on Dec. 25.
Her 1997 Honda Civic struck a southbound 2005 Acura driving by Todd Willman of Chambersburg, Pa.
Two of the three passengers in the Acura were treated for minor injuries. The third, Scott Tarner, Jr., 23, was also airlifted to Inova Fairfax hospital where he was listed in stable condition.
The crash remains under investigation.
