ROCKVILLE, Md. (WUSA) -- Closing arguments are expected on Friday in the trial of Tavares Harris, one of the men charged in connection with a shooting that took place at the Rockville Metro station on May 18.
In May, Harris and Kevin Nguyen were charged with Attempted 1st Degree Murder, Conspiracy to Commit 1st Degree Murder, Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Violent Felony and 1st Degree Assault for shooting a 16 year old boy at the Rockville Metro station. A young female was graved by a bullet and was also taken to the hospital.
Nguyen was 17 at the time but charged as an adult.
