WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA) -- The swipe and spend season is here. But, with he emphasis on "things", it's easy miss the true meaning of the holiday season.
And Joshua Fields Millburn and Ryan Nicodemus discovered that having a lot of stuff didn't make them happy. So, they wrote a book called, Minimalism: Live a Meaningful Life, that has spawned a movement.
They are better known as the minimalist, and they joined anchor and consumer correspondent Lesli Foster to talk about their book, their minimal movement and their upcoming event at the Hill Center tomorrow at 7:00 pm.
