Christopher Yeary, charged with child endangerment/neglect and possession of a schedule I or II narcotic [heroin]in Manassas, Va.
MANASSAS, Va. (WUSA) -- Police say a man was charged with child endangerment/neglect and drug possession after officers investigated allegations of drug use at his home on Wednesday.
Prince William County police officials say that 35-year-old Christopher Alan Yeary had drug paraphernalia, including several syringes at the Manassas home with his two 13-year-old boys. According to police, Yeary was using heroin.
The syringes were reportedly in a place the boys could easily access but neither child was hurt.
Yeary is charged with 2 counts of child endangerment/neglect and possession of a schedule I or II narcotic [heroin]. Yeary is being held without bond in jail.
