STERLING, Va. (WUSA) -- A secondary search of a California man's bag turned up a glass container of marijuana at Dulles International Airport, say Customs and Board Protection officers.
Thirty-three-year-old Ryan Richard Davidson had arrived at the airport onboard a flight from Germany on Saturday night, say CBP officials. He was referred for a secondary inspection for a baggage exam and officers found a bag and a glass container inside his luggage. The container held 27.1 grams of marijuana, say CBP officials.
CBP said in a press release on Tuesday: "Davidson was turned over to the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority police department for criminal prosecution for Possession of Marijuana (Code of Virginia 18.2-250.1)."
