WOODBRIDGE, Va. (WUSA) -- The Prince William County Fire Department says there was a fire at a two-story home in Woodbridge, Va. on Sunday that left one injured.
At approximately 8:29 p.m., rescue units responded to the fire in the 14100 block of Grayson Road in Woodbridge. When they arrived, there was smoke and fire coming from the roof of the two-story single family home.
One resident was taken to a local medical facility for treatment. No other injuries were reported.
The Fire Marshal's Office reported that the preliminary damage estimate is $150,000. A representative from the Building Official's office says the home is unsafe to occupy due to the damage.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
