Christopher Perry Peterson, arrested on outstanding warrant from Fairfax, Va.
FAIRFAX, Va. (WUSA) -- Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office authorities say that a man wanted on a probation violation in Fairfax, Va. was found in a hotel on Tuesday morning with drug paraphernalia.
According to authorities, a deputy went to the Econo Lodge Hotel at 5321 Jefferson Davis Hwy to try to find 49-year-old Christopher Perry Peterson of Waldorf, Md. at approximately 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The deputy was able to find a possible room number for Peterson and talked to the people inside the room. Paterson and 31-year-old Jerritt Pace of Fort Belvoir, Va. were located in the room.

Authorities say the deputy then noticed needles and empty prescription bottles lying around the room. Pace told him that the needles and empty prescription bottle, which was filled 4 days ago and was found empty, belonged to him. After further investigation, the deputy reported that he believed Pace was selling his prescription.
Pace was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with the intent to distribute narcotics while Paterson was arrested on the outstanding arrest warrant.
