WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- You can now pre-order a commemorative 2013 Inaugural SmarTrip card online, says Metro.

For $15, you get a One-Day Pass with unlimited travel on Metrorail on the first day you use it. It can also be used as a "flash pass" for unlimited Metrobus travel on Inauguration Day, Jan. 21, says Metro. You can later reload the card just like any regular SmarTrip card once the funds run out.

According to Metro, the commemorative cards are expected to ship in mid-December.

On Inauguration Day, Metrorail will open at 4 a.m. and close at 2 a.m., with rush-hour service from 4 a.m. until 9 p.m. Metrobus will run on weekday rush hour service in the morning then early rush hour in the afternoon.
