HOLLYWOOD, Md. (WUSA) -- A man was charged after he allegedly shot into the ground outside of a home in Hollywood, Md.
According to St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office authorities, deputies went to a home on Rustic Way in Hollywood for a report of an assault. They later found out 33-year-old Robert Steven Lacey of Hollywood, Md. had been drinking alcohol and he became upset about a domestic dispute. He then reportedly fired three rounds from a Bersa .380 handgun into the ground outside the home. Four people were in the yard near where Lacey fired the shots, say authorities.
Lacey was arrested and charged with four counts of reckless endangerment.
