ALEXANDRIA, Va. - U.S. Marshals have caught up with the man they say evaded police for 8 months, taunting police on social media in the process.
According to authorities, Kelvin S. Bailey was wanted for felony-possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. He tweeted and posted on Facebook about escaping capture. A joint-agency force tracked the suspect early Thursday morning at his home in Aldie, Va.
Officials say Bailey once again tried to escape through the front bathroom window but was eventually apprehended. He was taken to Fairfax County for prosecution.
Prince William County also issued a misdemeanor warrant for Bailey, who allegedly drove on a suspended license.
