GERMANTOWN, Md. (AP) - Montgomery County police are on the scene of a fatal accident in Germantown.

The accident occurred shortly after 11:30 a.m. at Frederick Road and Brink Road. A police spokeswoman did not have additional details.

Police say it's too early to know whether the accident was weather-related.
