CULPEPER COUNTY, Va. (WUSA) - A 16-year-old boy was arrested Saturday for possessing a sawed-off shotgun and marijuana, according to the Culpeper County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies arrested the teen at his home where he had a stolen shotgun and marijuana. When police recovered the gun, it had been altered to created a "sawed-off" shotgun.
The juvenile is in custody at Blue Ridge Juvenile Detention in Charlottesville.
