WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- Early Monday morning, a man was shot in the chest in the 1700 block of 27th St SE in D.C. He was found unconscious inside a home at approximately 1:35 a.m., say police.
The man was transported to a local hospital. He was in critical condition at last check.
Police were looking for a suspect described only as a black male wearing all black clothing.
No word on a possible motive.
