Woman Struck, Robbed In Glen Burnie By 2 Suspects

GLEN BURNIE, Md. (WUSA) -- Anne Arundel County Police are looking for two males who reportedly robbed a woman on Monday night.

Police say shortly before 8:15 p.m., a 24-year-old woman was walking in the 8000 block of Winding Wood Road in Glen Burnie when two males approached her from behind. One male struck her with something and then took her purse.

Both males fled on foot. 

The woman was transported to Baltimore Washington Medical Center to be treated for minor injuries.

Police say the first suspect was described as a Black male, between 5'6" and 5'7" and approximately 150 pounds. He had long hair and was wearing dark clothing, a hooded shirt/jacket and a hat.

The second suspect was described as a Black male, 5'6" or 5'7" and approximately 150 pounds. He was wearing dark clothing with a hooded shirt/jacket.
