CHANTILLY, Va. (WUSA) -- A driver has been charged after allegedly driving under the influence and crashing on a road in Chantilly, Va.
Twenty-year-old Eynar A. Ayala is charged with DUI. He was reportedly driving eastbound on Mountain View Road at approximately 2:32 a.m. when he drove off the right side of the roadway at a curve. The car struck a wooden fence.
A 19-year-old passenger in his car was seriously injured and remains in critical condition at the hospital.
