Man Walking Dog Robbed By 2 Men In Md.

LA PLATA, Md. (WUSA) -- Charles County authorities say a man was robbed at gunpoint while he was walking his dog late Tuesday night.

The man reported that two men drove up in a car and then got out between 11:45 p.m. and 11:50 p.m. in the 100 block of Oriole Lane in La Plata. The men reportedly pulled a handgun and demanded his money. He gave them cash, say authorities, and they fled.

The man then called police from his home. 

Officers searched the area for the suspects but were unable to find them.

According to authorities, the suspects were both described as black males. One suspect is was about 6 feet tall and 200 pounds with shoulder length braids, mustache and a goatee. The second suspect was described as about 5'9" with a stocky build. He was clean shaven and had a shaved head. 

The suspects were driving an older model white Toyota Camry with a tinted rear window, which had air bubbles in it. The car had Maryland tags.
