Couple Robbed By 3 Men In Md. Hotel Room

ODENTON, Md. (WUSA) -- Two people were startled when three men burst into their hotel room and proceeded to rob them at gunpoint in Odenton, Md.

Anne Arundel County police say the incident happened on Monday at approximately 2:53 a.m. at the Royal Inn in the 1600 block of Annapolis Road.

A 24-year-old man and 26-year-old woman said they were in their room with the door partially open when three men entered their room. The couple was restrained by two of the men and the third man took out a gun.

The couple reported that the intruders ransacked the room and demanded property, ultimately taking the woman's purse, a cell phone and cash.

The intruders then fled in a black Ford Explorer. Police searched for the vehicle but were not successful.

The first suspect was described as a White male with red hair, a beard and tattoos on his arms. He was wearing a black t-shirt

Another suspect was described as a Black male with a light complexion, who was wearing a black mask.

The final suspect was described only as a Black male wearing a black mask.
