LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. (WUSA) -- The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office reports officers are at the scene of "a property damage crash" on Route 7 eastbound near Route 9.

Authorities are telling drivers to expect delays on Route 7 eastbound between Route 9 and Route 287.
