Florham Park, NJ (Sports Network) - The New York Jets re-signed
linebacker Bryan Thomas on Monday after releasing him on Saturday.
Thomas, who only played in the season opener against the Buffalo Bills, had
been working his way back from an Achilles tendon injury he suffered last
October before being released.
The Jets also announced that they have re-signed wide receiver Patrick Turner
and waived defensive lineman Marcus Dixon, cornerback Donnie Fletcher and
offensive tackle Dennis Landolt.
