GET OFF THE COUCH!!! This week is "Week Two" of my training program.
I want to give a shout out to our Couch To 5K Facebook Friend of the Week, viewer Ron Larkin, who committed to doing the program with me.
You can too and you can jump in at any time. Just because I may be on week 2 doesn't mean you can't start week 1. This is a walk-run-walk run program. Week 2 went pretty well for me, except I had a little back pain.
So how do we avoid OUCH To 5K? I turned to the fittest guy I know for advice. Steve Dolge, owner of Second Wind Crossfit says don't over do it early on and don't skip your warmups.
