(WUSA) -- A man wanted for breaking into a house in Clinton, Md. in April has turned himself in to Prince George's County Sheriff's Office deputies.
Duane Barnes is accused of breaking into a home in the 6900 block of Briar Cliff Drive sometime between April 4 and April 9th. He allegedly stole about $11,975 worth of items, including a vehicle according to the warrant, and caused major damage to the home.
Deputies said that after an investigation they were able to contact him and negotiate his surrender.
He has been charged with first and fourth degree burglary, felony theft, malicious destruction of property and motor vehicle theft.
