WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- D.C. police say one of the victims of a 2007 shooting has died. The death is now ruled a homicide.
The shooting happened on November 13, 2007 at approximately 10:15 p.m. in the 1600 block of W Street, Southeast. Two people were transported to a local hospital for treatment, including Kendall Mack of D.C.
Police say on Monday, Mack, who was 36 years old, was taken to hospital and succumbed to his injuries. Tuesday, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled the death a homicide.
