Tempe, AZ (Sports Network) - The Arizona Cardinals received good news
regarding quarterback John Skelton on Monday.
Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt said Skelton suffered a low ankle sprain, not a
high ankle sprain.
Skelton had to be carted off the field in the fourth quarter of Sunday's 20-16
victory over Seattle. Kevin Kolb replaced Skelton and led the team on the
winning touchdown drive.
Whisenhunt hasn't ruled Skelton for Sunday's game at New England.
