ASHBURN, Va. (WUSA) -- Thursday afternoon, Loudoun County sheriff's officials say that a driver fled during a traffic stop at Farmwell Rd. and Pipeline Plaza and he was later found carrying a firearm.
Loudoun County Sheriff's officers say 21-year-old Tristan A. Van Norden of Leesburg, Va. was taken into custody by a Loudoun County Sheriff's Office Canine Unit.
He was with failure to stop for police, obstruction of justice and carrying a concealed weapon.
He is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond.
