(WUSA) -- We took a look at some of the new movies in theaters this weekend with the help of entertainment insider Jennice Fuentes.

"The Cold Light of Day" is opening in limited release. Henry Cavill stars as a man who goes to Spain for a weeklong sailing vacation with his family. But then his family is kidnapped by intelligence agents hell-bent on recovering a mysterious briefcase, forcing him to go on the run.

The USA Today critic is not enthused about "The Bachelorette."Three friends are asked to be bridesmaids at a wedding of a woman they used to ridicule back in high school, and continue to make fun of the bride right up until the wedding. The review calls it toxic and humorless.

Fuentes got a sneak peak at the new Bradley Cooper film called "The Words." The plot: a writer at the peak of his literary success discovers the steep price he must pay for stealing another man's work. A USA Today reviewer was not thrilled with the dialogue and says none of the actors shine because of the "plodding material." See Fuentes' take on the film and how she compares Bradley Cooper and Jeremy Irons being in a scene together in the video above.
